Three Events This Weekend! - JP Sax Quartet

Hello!

I wanted to let you know about two upcoming concerts that we are involved with happening this weekend and let you know about our return to the Boston Public Garden.

1) Our 20-minute collaborative piece, Digital Environments, will be featured in the Cal State Fullerton New Music Festival. The virtual concert will be accessible here TODAY Friday, May 14th at 3pm PST/7pm EST (video will stay up for those that can’t make it today). More info about the extensive and exciting festival here .

2) Our premiere recording of Wither Away by Ian Wiese will be presented again at New England Conservatory’s EM Nova Fellows’ Electroacoustic Festival, along with other electro-acoustic works by Ian Wiese. Ian Wiese’s portion of the festival will be 1:00-1:30pm on Saturday, May 15th in Burnes Recital Hall.

3) After a summer hiatus, we are back to playing in the Boston Public Garden regularly! Come join us this Sunday, May 16th at 2:00pm (weather permitting) for some good ol’ pop, jazz, top 40s, Bach, and the occasional Backstreet Boys cover.
